XS sunglasses are just like regular sunglasses, except made a little smaller to fit petite face better.
Frame size is the measurement of a pair of sunglasses, typically the width, from temple to temple.
The best way to figure out what size sunnies will fit you is to get your measurements from an existing pair of glasses. Many frames will actually have their measurements on the frame, usually on the inside of the temple arms. From left to right, those numbers display the frames' lens width, bridge width, and temple length. If your frames don't have those measurements, you can use a ruler to measure them from hinge to hinge.
If you don't have an existing pair of sunglasses, you can measure the distance between your own temples. Place a ruler horizontally across your face below your eyes. The distance between your left and right temples is your frame width.
Remember, the ideal frame width should not be wider than your face width at your temples.
