RETURNS and WARRANTY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your DIFF Sunglasses, you can easily return or exchange them within 14 days of purchase. (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging).

1) Email us at [email protected] with your order # to let us know you would like to initiate a return. Please indicate if you would like a refund, exchange or store credit.

Our customer support team will get back to you to confirm we received your request.

2) Then mail your glasses back to our warehouse to the address below with a note in the box stating your name and order number. We highly recommend using a trackable service, so you get full visibility of the whereabouts of your package. We will not be liable for lost return packages.

3) Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will issue you a refund via the same payment method (or store credit/exchange) within 3-7 days. You will receive an email notification when your refund, store credit, or exchange is processed. Refund amount will be for the cost of the product only, shipping fees will not be refunded.

If you received a defective item or the wrong style, please email us at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving the glasses and include a brief description of the issue + a picture of your sunglasses. We’ll gladly send you a free return label if the item is defective, or if you received the wrong style. Once we receive your returned sunglasses and inspect it, we’ll send you a replacement as soon as possible.

Warranty

Warranty is 1 year on manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover scratches, accidental damage caused through general use, or the loss of screws due to neglect.

Unfortunately we cannot be liable for lost packages while being returned. That’s why we highly recommend that you mail your returns using a trackable service.
