Q: Why are you collecting sales tax?

A: We are not a 501(c)(3) organization and must collect sales tax on all business transactions.

Q: Is my purchase tax deductible?

A: DIFF cannot give tax advice. We would encourage you to visit with a tax consultant to see if your purchase (and subsequent 100% donation) are tax deductible.

Q: I live outside the US; will my purchase still go towards a donation?

A: Yes, any purchase made on will be donated.

Q: Is there a limit to my order quantity or is DIFF capping the donation?

A: We are not limiting or capping the donation. However, the Hurricane Harvey donation program is only applicable to in-stock product — we have no way of capturing back orders and we cannot capture for pre-purchases of product that has not launched.

Q: Do I have to purchase on Monday to have my sales cost donated?

A: Yes, donation applies on orders from 9/4/17 12:01am PST Monday morning to 9/4/17 11:59pm PST Monday night placed on

Q: I purchased product last week – can I get my purchase counted towards this?

A: Unfortunately not. We cannot go back and retro-actively apply past purchases towards this donation, but we invite you to find another DIFF item to purchase this Monday, September 4th.
