Terms and Conditions of Ambassador Program

Brand Ambassador Agreement

This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the Brand Ambassador Program. The terms “Brand Ambassador,” “you,” and “your” are referring to you, the applicant. “We”, “our”, “us” refers to DIFF Eyewear.

Agreement Duration

This agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your ambassador application and considered to be at will and can be terminated by either party at any time.

Becoming an ambassador, does not establish any legal or financial relationship with DIFF Eyewear. We reserve the right to terminate an ambassador’s position at any time, with or without reason, by giving the other party written notice of termination.

Referral Usage

As an ambassador, we provide a URL link for you to share and have your referrals use with their purchase. This link is not to be shared on public coupon or discount websites. Doing so will result in a suspension of the account and may lead to account deactivation.

Social Media Content

As a Brand Ambassador we expect you to represent our brand in good taste. We encourage you to be unique and creative when posting and sharing.

Restrictions on creating or sharing content associated with DIFF/DIFF Products:

-       X-rated or promote sexually explicit materials

-       Promoting violence and/or drug use

-       Promoting discrimination based on race, sex, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or age

-       Promoting illegal or questionable activities

-       Violating intellectual property rights

***Not following any of the above terms will lead to immediate account and link deactivation and removal from the DIFF ambassador program, followed by a permanent block on social accounts***
